Get ready to discover your inner elf! Join us for a free family screening of the holiday classic, Elf (2003, Family/Comedy, PG). This is the perfect family-friendly event to kick off the holiday season!

What to Expect:

Royal Gardens Infill Information Session
Edmonton’s new zoning bylaw (20001) now allows up to 8 dwelling units per residential lot—and the first multiplex in Royal Gardens has already been approved on 117 Street.
This session is your chance to:
✅ Learn what kinds of infill projects can be built in Royal Gardens
✅ Understand how changes affect parking, green space, property values, and neighbourhood character
✅ Discover what you can do to have a voice in shaping development
Whether you’re concerned about tree canopy loss, parking congestion, or simply want to know what’s coming, join your neighbours to stay informed and engaged.
